The rebrand. It's the only thing we do (and that's kind of the point).
You’ve built the real thing, the rebrand is how the world finds out. Done deeply (and properly), three weeks from first conversation to launch-ready… for a small number of businesses at a time, because that’s the only way deeply and properly happen in the same sentence.
Who it's for
the brand is selling me short.
You’re three, five, maybe ten years in. The business is real, the bookings are strong, the repeat business keeps coming and the word of mouth does half your marketing for you (unpaid, unbriefed and better at it than most agencies). But somewhere in the back of your mind lives a quiet, nagging thought rent free for a couple of years now…
You have evidence too. There’s a folder on your phone of other businesses’ branding, screenshotted at odd hours, captioned to nobody… not because you want their brand, but because they clearly got to have a feeling about theirs and you’d like your turn.
Maybe there’s a second location on the horizon, or a retailer circling or a repositioning you’ve already decided on in your heart and just haven’t announced. Maybe there’s simply a new place down the road with a polished aesthetic and half your substance. Whatever brought you here, the work deserves to look like the work.
Who it's not for
A little honesty, because it saves us both a call. If you’re just starting out, or you’re after a quick logo refresh, or you need something by Friday, we’re probably not your studio (and that’s genuinely okay), the right one exists and we hope you find them. The rebrand is for businesses with history to read. If that’s you in a few years, we’ll still be here when you’re ready.
How it works
Three weeks, three parts built in the order gardens grow.
First, the identity discovery.
Before anything visual happens, we go deep. The story, the interviews, the reviews, the way your regulars describe you when you’re not in the room. What this business stands for, what it’s become while nobody was updating the visuals, what makes it specifically itself and not the clinic, salon or neighbour next door. Most branding goes wrong right here, by skipping straight to pretty. We don’t. Discovery is where we find the thing everything else surrounding it has to remain true to.
Then, the visual identity system.
Logo, palette, typography and the supporting elements, grown out of what discovery unearthed. A system with reasons, every choice traceable back to something true about your business and built to hold across the touchpoints that matter most for you… including the day your team’s using it without you in the room. Think of it like that cerulean jumper monologue in The Devil Wears Prada, nothing in a proper system is “just” a colour. Everything arrived from somewhere, on purpose.
Then, the launch graphics.
Templates and assets designed for the digital channels where your new brand needs to land first, ready to use the day we hand them over. A beautiful identity that never leaves its folder is just very expensive homework and we didn’t spend three weeks together for homework.
What it feels like on the other side
The reviews finally match the first impression. The clients you’ve been trying to attract start arriving already half-convinced. The business card comes out of the wallet without the little internal wince, then out at dinner parties, then (give it a month) out in situations where nobody asked to see a business card at all. Your brand stops explaining who you used to be and starts carrying who you are, everywhere it goes, whether you’re in the room or not.
We call that Bloominous ✨ You'll call it 'about darn time'.
Proof
Elysium Hair Brisbane
Elysium is the opposite of nothing and the refresh had to make that visible before they're even through the door.
HUB Skin Wellness Pilates
So the brand had a double brief, hold the quality and never lock the door.
Physio On Bayside
So the rebrand had one thing to protect above all... the meaning already in the room.
Quick questions
Do I need to have anything figured out before we start?
No, and honestly the less rehearsed the better. Arriving with “I just know it doesn’t feel right anymore” is a perfectly complete brief because finding the words for it is literally the first thing we do together.
Will I get a say, or do you disappear and do a big reveal?
You’ll get a say, a reason and a walkthrough for every decision. The big-reveal thing is for renovation shows. This is your brand, built with you in the room and explained as it grows.
What if I love my current logo?
Then it gets to make its case like everything else. Discovery isn’t a demolition order, if something in your current branding is genuinely carrying its weight, it stays, gets refined and finally gets the supporting cast it deserves.
Three weeks. Really?
Really. The longer answer lives on the FAQ page, but the short version is, one service, a small client list and the discovery done properly at the start instead of expensively in the middle.
Start with the groundwork
Every rebrand starts with a groundwork call. It’s where the foundations get read before anything visual grows. Bring the real story, ask us anything (yes, including the money question) and we’ll both know by the end whether this is the right fit. No pressure either way (good decisions don’t need it).
