Josh takes data as seriously as we take our eyebrows. He’s a little a lot obsessed with numbers.

While the team creates, Josh manages our accounts, devises Digital Bloom’s broader biz strategy and plucks out the best way to help hair, beauty and wellness babes like you.

With a double Bachelor Degree in Commerce and International Studies, Josh brings 7 years’ data analyst experience to Digital Bloom’s backend systems.

When he’s not hiking, hitting the beach, exploring cafés or travelling – you’ll find Josh testing new ideas and strategies in the Digital Bloom meadow. Josh loves seeing firsthand the massive difference Digital Bloom’s services make in business owners’ lives. Shucks.

Nicolle

Bloominous
Graphic Designer

Nicolle’s magnetised to briefs where client dreams spill to screen, ready to transform into visual marvels.

…seeing blooms like you reshaping the industry, in all your inclusive, accepting and loving glory. That – and adding extra steps to her already loooong beauty routine. #sorrynotsorry

Nicolle’s bouquet of #skills brings 6 years of graphic design experience to the Digital Bloom meadow. Aaand a background in advertising and branding that smells so damn sweet!

When she’s not developing visual identities, illustrations, expressions or animations for brands, she’s browsing museums, wandering outside the city, sketching, spending time with friends or catching the latest movie. Did someone say popcorn?

Jr. Graphic Designer
& Project Support

Alaila’s a lover of bold fonts, modern design and cookies ‘n cream ice cream.

She’s also Sarah’s ride or die for design and project support. With years of experience and seriously dreamy designs Alaila’s impressive skills basically forced us to fall head over petals, track her down and swindle her into legit working at Digital Bloom. 

When Alaila’s not mastering serifs, obsessing over aspect ratios and creating pretty graphics, she’s sipping cuppas in the garden, sketching new concepts, jogging or listening to ‘you are my sunshine’ on repeat.

Oh, and her fav thing of all? Creating memorable brand visuals that transcend trends for beauties like you.
